For how long can I keep the chuppah?
Only for the period of the ceremony. If you wish to use the chuppah for other events - e. g. photo shoot, Shabbat Chatan-Kalah or similar, talk to us. There is an additional cost per event. Should there be an observance need to keep the chuppah overnight (e. g. Shabbat) we take a damage deposit which is cancelled on return of the chuppah in good condition. Ask to see Terms & Conditions.
Can I have family pictures and names added to the chuppah?
Yes - but only if you are purchasing a chuppah to keep. I cannot add names and photographs to a rented chuppah.
Can I match the chuppah to my color scheme/theme?
We offfer a selection of different colored ribbons to match your color scheme.
If I wish to purchase a chuppah, how long before the wedding must I place my order?
A special order requires at least 6 (working) weeks for production e.g. to receive your chuppah for a wedding planned for August 30, you will need to confirm your order by July 19.
Do I need to buy my own poles?
No - I provide decorated poles a part of my service.
Can the venue be anywhere in Israel?
My team will deliver within a 50km radius of Tel Aviv at no extra charge. Delivery beyond that perimeter will incur standard government approved per kilometer rates for the return journey.
